BECKY G RECIBIRA EL PREMIO EVOLUCION EXTRAORDINARIA DURANTE LOS “LATIN AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS” DE TELEMUNDO

Becky G además cantará en el escenario de los premios “Latin AMAs” 

programados para el 17 de octubre en el Dolby Theatre de Hollywood, California

Becky G recibirá el reconocimiento Evolución Extraordinaria que otorgarán los “Latin American Music Awards” durante su quinta ceremonia de premiación que tendrá lugar el 17 de octubre en el Dolby Theatre de Hollywood, California, y será transmitida en vivo por Telemundo. Los boletos a la premiación están a la venta a través de Ticketmaster o la taquilla del Dolby Theatre.

La cantante México-estadounidense, ganadora de dos “Latin American Music Awards” 2018, será homenajeada por sus logros como artista joven que demuestra cambio, crecimiento y velocidad en su carrera, logrando alcanzar el éxito de manera acelerada en poco tiempo. El primer premio Evolución Extraordinaria fue entregado al cantante colombiano Maluma el año pasado.

Además de cantante es compositora y actriz de 22 años, quien nació para estar en el escenario, ha tenido una carrera meteórica desde el 2011 cuando logró reconocimiento posteando sus videos con covers que la han catapultado a estar entre las mayores figuras de la música juvenil.

Entre sus logros , se incluyen dos éxitos No. 1 en el listado Latin Airplay de Billboard ("Mayores" y "Sin Pijama"), un papel protagónico en "Power Rangers" y ser la estrella invitada en la serie ganadora del premio Emmy, "Empire".

El año pasado, Becky G ganó dos “Latin American Music Awards” por Artista Favorita-Femenina y por Canción Favorita-Urbano (por "Mayores") al tiempo que fue galardonada con el premio “Diamond Play Button” por YouTube por haber superado los 10 millones de suscriptores en esa plataforma digital.

Becky G también ha participado en giras junto a estrellas de la talla de Katy Perry, Demi Lovato, J Balvin y Jason Derulo y ha grabado colaboraciones con Pitbull, Daddy Yankee,  Maluma, Bad Bunny, Natti Natasha, Anitta y CNCO, entre otros.

"EN BRAZOS DE UN ASESINO" PROTAGONIZADA POR WILLIAM LEVY EN CINES ESTE 6 DE DICIEMBRE

Lionsgate and Pantelion Films have released the new trailer and poster for upcoming thriller EN BRAZOS DE UN ASESINO, starring William Levy and Alicia Sanz in which a cold-blooded assassin suddenly becomes responsible for the fate of a beautiful woman desperate to flee the clutches of a vicious drug lord who has held her captive for 9 years. EN BRAZOS DE UN ASESINO was directed by Matias Moltrasio and also stars Adrian Lastra, Roberto Sosa, Ettore D'Alessandro and Jean Jean. William Levy also serves as screenwriter and producer, alongside Jeff Goldberg.

SYNOPSIS

Victor (William Levy) is one of the world's most handsome men, but he has a deep secret - he is a cold blooded assassin. Smooth talking and seductive, Victor was raised to do one thing only, which is to kill for money. When he is sent to the home of a brutal drug lord to collect payment for his most recent hit, he encounters the beautiful Sarai (Alicia Sanz), who has been forced to spend the last 9 years of her life with the drug lord.

After Victor leaves the compound, Sarai seizes her chance at freedom by hiding out in Victor's car. But things don't go as planned and instead of being transported back to her home, she finds herself free from one dangerous man only to be caught in the clutches of another. While on the run from the vengeful drug lord and his brutal henchmen, Victor's conscience catches up with him as he risks all that he stood for to protect his captive. In the end,  the power Sarai unknowingly holds over Victor and their undeniable attraction may be what places her right in the arms of a killer. 

William Levy stars in the film and serves as screenwriter and producer, alongside Jeff Goldberg. The thriller based on the book "Killing Sarai," by J.A. Redmerski", was directed by Matias Moltrasio. "En Brazos de un Asesino" also stars Alicia Sanz, Adrian Lastra, Roberto Sosa, Ettore D'Alessandro and Jean Jean.

As the tale goes, while transporting American troops during World War II, the RMS Queen Mary became known as the Grey Ghost. During a stormy December crossing from New York to Scotland, the famed ocean liner was broadsided by a monstrous force of nature: later classified by NOAA as a “rogue wave”.

Dark Harbor attendees will roll into the tide of this historic moment by becoming fully immersed in the panic and chaos of Rogue’s impact with deafening water effects, complete darkness, floor to ceiling seafoam, and even experience the feeling of being capsized. All those aboard will hold on to dear life, as the Grey Ghost attempts to keep herself afloat.

In addition to the announcement of the all-new maze, the producers of Dark Harbor announced at Midsummer Scream, on Sunday August 4, for the first-time ever, Dark Harbor guest will have access to never-before-seen depths of the Queen Mary. In one of the newly re-imagined mazes onboard the historic ocean liner, attendees can now walk through the infamous Door 13. Dubbed one of the most haunted areas on the ship, legend has it that an 18-year old crewman was crushed to death by Door 13 in 1967, and now Dark Harbor guests can walk-thru the iconic location. Guests can also venture 6-fathoms below sea level submerged in the notorious Boiler Room to indulge in the newest secret bar offered at Dark Harbor nightly.

Southern California’s most haunted Halloween event will welcome MORE scares than ever before with the season’s most authentically frightening experience available. Festival of Arts Now Accepting Artists’ Applications for the Summer of 2020 Fine Art Show Deadline to Apply is October 31, 2019 by 4pm

Voted one of the top five art festivals in the nation by USA Today readers, the Festival of Arts is a prestigious, highly competitive, regional juried fine art show featuring original artwork by Orange County’s finest artists. The 2020 show will run July 6 – September 3.

Artists who would like to apply for the 2020 fine art show should submit three digital images per media and a completed application form to the Festival of Arts by October 31, 2019 (by 4pm). Applicants must apply online through the Festival’s website, www.foapom.com/apply. For more information call 949-464-4234.
 
Artists applying to the Festival of Arts must be able to show that they have resided in Orange County for at least one year prior to October 31, 2019. Jurying fees are $50 per medium submitted.

The jurors will score the submitted artwork based on quality, intention and content; excellence of craftsmanship; facility with media; excellence in the use of design elements; and professional presentation.
